  4. Add enough coconut milk to cook chicken and a pinch of turmeric for colour. Turn flame to medium-low.
  5. Simmer until sweet potatoes are cooked. Add sugar to taste.

I like to use Greek yogurt for this recipe as it adds some great tang and packs quite a bit of protein.
