The ingredients needed to make Fry Fish :

  1. Prepare 4 inches of Rauf fish boneless in.
  2. Take 1 tsp of Kasori methi.
  3. Get 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.
  5. Take 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  6. Prepare 1 pinch of Haldi powder.
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp of Lemon juice.
  8. Take 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.

  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Cornflour powder.
  11. Get of Oil to fry.
  12. Prepare of Breadcrumbs as required for coating.

The coating protects the flesh from direct heat and helps keep the fish moist, while also providing a browned and crispy or crunchy crust. The method avoids a large amount of oil (not to mention the mess) required for deep frying. The cook time may vary depending on the size of the fish and the amount you try and fry at one given time. The more you fry, the longer you may need to keep the fish in.

Steps to make Fry Fish :

  1. Wash and Clean fish pieces, add lemon juice and ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi, chilli flakes, kasori methi, garam masala, cornflour powder. Mix well and keep for marination, 2 hours in Refrigerator..
  2. In wok, heat oil. Coat fish pieces in Breadcrumbs and deep fry it in oil, till golden. Dish out, crispy fry fish hot on butter paper..
  3. As, oil absorb, place in main dish and decorate well. Serve hot with chutney. Enjoy.
