- Grind it together with some water and make a gravy..
- Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Boil Butter beans, carrot, potato and green peas together. Keep chopped onion and tomato separate..
- Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add bay leaf in that. Add chopped onion and saute for some time. Once onion is cooked add ginger garlic paste. Cook for some time, now add tomatoes in that..
- Now add turmeric powder, crushed green chillies. Cook for some time. Add boiled vegetables. Add salt. Let it boil for some time..
- Now add coconut gravy in this. Mix it well. Don't boil it. Off the gas and serve hot with Ghee Rice or Paratha..
