- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garlic crushed.
- Prepare as required of Salt.
- Make ready of Lasagne feeling.
- Get 2 tbsp of oil.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of capsicum chopped.
- Get 1/2 cup of Carrot chopped.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Baby corn chopped.
- Take 1/2 cup of Corn kernels.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of Onion chopped.
- Make ready as per taste of Salt.
- Take 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.
- Take 3/4 cup of gratedmozzarella and processed cheese mix.
Instructions to make Vegetable Lasagne :
- Boil enough water, add salt and dilute salt, add pasta sheets. Simmer for 10min. Then strain and keep aside..
- Heat oil and saute garlic till nice and aromatic. Then add chopped spinach and salt. Mix and saute for 5-7min..
- Noew heat butter in a pan and roast plain flour. When it turns aromatic add milk gradually and mix continuously. Then simmer for 2-3min. Lastly add pinch of salt and black pepper powder. Add sauted spinach and mix well. Keep aside..
- Now heat a tbsp of oil into pan add chopped onions, baby corn, carrot and capsicum. And corn kernels. Add salt as require, Italian seasoning, black pepper powder. Mix well, cover and cook for 4-5min. Veggie mixture is ready..
- In a baking tray, spread 2spoon of marinara sauce, put pasta sheets and add cheese spinach sauce. Spread veggies mixture and add again spread marinara sauce. Now layer with pasta sheets and relayer same, cheese sauce, veggies and marinara sauce, pasta sheets..
- Now on the top of pasta sheets, spread cheese sauce, 2nd layer with marinara sauce and lastly add gratedcheese..
- Now bake for 10-15min at 180° C. And grill for 5min. Serve hot. And enjoy the treat..
