- Marinate egg with chilli garam masala and salt.
- Heat small kadai pour coconut oil. Fry eggs in medium flame with closed lids.
- Take out eggs from oil keep it aside..
- Add onion capsicum tomato salt and small onion in the same oil. Sauté for 5 mins in low flame. Add 5 tsp water mix it well and now add fried eggs. Cover eggs with this masala close the lid and wait for 1-2 mins..
- Now switch off stove. Ready for serving. Garnish with spring onion or coriander leaves..
