- Take 6 handfuls roll in a ball and make sure they are similar size. Next if you have greaseproof paper you can use that to put your burger on then another on top then paper and so on until you have got the paper inbetween..
- All piled up now put them in the fridge for the following day then they would be alot more solid. Cook either by grilling of frying. Serve on a Brioche bun..
