  1. Add the minced Beef to a large bowl. Dice the onions and skinny chilli peppers also crush the garlic add all to the minced beef mix well..

  3. When you did that. Add a little saltthen the egg white.
  4. Next then a little grind with the chilli salt. Then both oils.
  5. Olive oil. Next the sweet pepper then a good mix next add a handful flour and mix that in. If it feels too sticky add more flour..
  6. Flour the surfice you are going to roll them flat. Roll each one and squash together then pat down to make a burger..
  7. Take 6 handfuls roll in a ball and make sure they are similar size. Next if you have greaseproof paper you can use that to put your burger on then another on top then paper and so on until you have got the paper inbetween..
  8. All piled up now put them in the fridge for the following day then they would be alot more solid. Cook either by grilling of frying. Serve on a Brioche bun..
